Following the 4C Strategies recent blog explaining the Network Services 2 (RM3808) procurement process, we are now pleased to announce that we are again using this process with one of our NHS Trust clients.
The project is in initial stages but will address a number of legacy telephone systems which are at end of life and/or no longer supported.
So far, the project has involved:
- A full site audit.
- Stakeholder research to investigate what users want from a new unified communication solution.
- Cost benchmarking exercise and options analysis to develop a project budget.
- Strategic recommendations.
- Preparation of a full RM3808 tender pack including customisation of 3808 schedules.
- Development of the evaluation and award criteria and methodology.
The above was presented to the NHS Trust and fully signed off as approved. We now move to the next stage of conducting the framework procurement under Network Services 2 (RM3808). We will be going out to tender at the time of writing, with the contract to be awarded in Q1 2020.
