The G-Cloud (government cloud) framework is an agreement between the government and suppliers who use cloud-based solutions. The aim of the framework is to make it simpler, clearer and faster for those in the public sector to find the cloud-based services and support they need by easing procurement for public sector bodies. There are around 25,000 cloud services on the G-Cloud framework. The G Cloud Digital Marketplace is a platform where you can find cloud technology and specialist services for digital projects. The Digital Marketplace has transformed the way the public sector buys IT and digital services since its launch 4 years ago. By opening up the procurement market to suppliers of all sizes, rather than just large technology companies, it has led to increased competition, lower prices and more specialised and local suppliers. As of the end of July 2018, more than £4.22 billion has been spent through the Digital Marketplace with more than 90% of the suppliers being small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs).

You can now procure 4C Strategies services by using the framework

G-Cloud 11 became live at the beginning of July with an additional 700 suppliers added, including 4C Strategies, which takes the total up to 4,200 suppliers across the Digital Marketplace. With 4C Strategies being awarded a place on the G-Cloud 11 framework, it enables us to continue delivering IT consultancy services and project management as a Crown Commercial Services Supplier.

Buying services through the G-Cloud framework is faster and cheaper than entering into individual procurement contracts. Public sector organisations can use the Digital Marketplace to access services from the framework.
