Procurement
A professional document which outlines the operational, technical and contractual requirements. This includes a formal and auditable evaluation leading to commercial negotiations with the preferred supplier.
Implementation
Project management services to help deliver the solution on time and within budget.
Realise the Benefits
Ongoing support services to help review, refine and implement changes to realise anticipated business benefits.
Environmental Impact Assessment
An assessment of the environmental benefits arising from the investment. Includes a before and after calculation of your power consumption and carbon emissions.
