Our Quality System
At 4C, we are proud of our approach to total customer satisfaction and aim to exceed customer expectations on all assignments. In order to achieve this, every assignment is supervised personally by one of our Directors who are all practising consultants with extensive independent consultancy experience. A second director undertakes a quality verification role.
This involves ensuring that there is total agreement and understanding of the terms of reference prior to commencement, a review of project status at all major milestones and a post-contract delivery review to ensure that the customer expectations have been met in full.
The company is operated to a set of procedures, which are broadly ISO9000 conformant.
The bullet points below detail the outline of our quality system:
- Each assignment comprises three distinct phases – set-up, delivery and completion
- During the set-up phase, the terms of reference, the scope and the deliverables are agreed with the client
In addition, the project team and communications channels are built and the project plan is developed.
All these activities are agreed with and signed off by the client.
- During the delivery phase, progress is continually monitored against the plan. Exceptions are raised and the plan amended as necessary
- Change management operates throughout the set up and delivery phases
- The output deliverables are tested against the set up documents during completion
- Remedial activities may be undertaken during the completion phase
QA and verification operates throughout the project lifecycle.
The Quality Manager is a director of the company who is not otherwise actively involved in the delivery phase.
